Owner area features

Key features: full management of properties, create travel agent accounts and caretaker accounts, receive payments directly from the clients/agents, payment processor can be defined at property level, communicate with the prospective clients

Owners are able to manage their properties using the property management menu presented in the admin area page. Depending on the package selected at registration or the one assigned by the administrator, the property owner has certain rights and he can add a limited/unlimited number of properties.

  • The new PMA interface allows a quick access to the main property management functions: booking calendar, property description, property bookings etc.

    Backup / Restore properties

  • The new backup function allows the backup to be done locally, downloaded on the user computer or stored in a remote FTP location. For each property, the user has the possibility to save a backup (calendar, images, description, bookings). The restore can be done for the whole property or only a certain segment of the data (calendar, images, description, bookings) The administrator can save a backup of the entire system (configuration, bookings, images, properties). Selective restore of the content is also possible.

  • Areas management module (country / region / town)

  • In the Add / Modify property form you can now use dropdowns for the property location (Country / Region / Town). The fields are populated with values defined by the administrator.
  • Travel agent accounts

  • The property owner can create and manage travel agent accounts for his properties. The discounts he is offering as well as the invoicing are not depending on admin (however, the site admin can see the assigned agents and manage their accounts)
