Admin/Owner dashboard
  • The new Dashboard is focused on the most relevant tasks “one click access”: property management area functions, system configuration, reservations management, advertising features and other important functions.

  • The new PMA interface allows a quick access to the main property management functions: booking calendar, property description, property bookings etc.

    Properties backup/restore
  • The new backup function allows the backup to be done locally, downloaded on the user computer or stored in a remote FTP location.
    For each property, the user has the possibility to save a backup (calendar, images, description, bookings). The restore can be done for the whole property or only a certain segment of the data (calendar, images, description, bookings). The administrator can save a backup of the entire system (configuration, bookings, images, properties). Selective restore of the content is also possible.

    Areas management module (country / region / town)
  • In the Add / Modify property form you can now use dropdowns for the property location (Country / Region / Town). The fields are populated with values defined by the administrator. This feature can be activated/deactivated in config.php

    Calendar/ToDo module
  • Based on the the events generated by the system a calendar is displayed in the admin / owner dashboard: payments due, newsletter sending, expired subscriptions, LMO. The admin/owner has also the possibility to define events / reminders.

    Open Realty import
  • The new feature allows you to import properties from the Open Realty application.

    Joomla 1.5 module
  • OR 6.0 is compatible with Joomla 1.5. The script will be installed as a Joomla module.

    Language charset
  • When activating a language you have now the possibility to define the appropriate charset (used for a correct display of the language special characters).

    Unlimited amenities
  • An unlimited number of amenities can now be defined by the administrator.

    SEO feature
  • The feature allows you to define the meta tags (title, keywords and description) for each property details page, without generating the HTML page.

    Reset calendar
  • Provides a quick reset of the calendar info defined for the selected years (special days, discounts, last minute offers etc).

    FAQ module
  • The FAQ allows you to add a set of questions and answers within the system. The feature is available to site admin and property owners (with the mention that owners can import FAQ content defined by the site admin).

    Sponsored properties functionality
  • This feature allows the site admin to make some extra cash by selling top positions in general listing (above the featured properties) and search results pages. One time or recurring packages can be set.

    Search filters
  • Provides a direct view of the properties based on different filters: number of bedrooms, rating, property types, amenities.

    Compare properties
  • The “compare” functionality allows a quick comparison of the properties selected by the visitor. This is a good method to press the large quantity of information provided in the listing page, and also to underline the similarities and the differences between the selected properties. The properties details are displayed side by side, allowing the selected listings to be compared on criterion such as price, location, number of bedrooms and other details.

  • Provides a direct view of all the properties selected by the visitor

    Find similar properties
  • This feature allows a quick search based on the details of a certain property, the similarity criterion being the property location, the number of bedrooms / baths, the property type, the booking type or the property rating.

    Property rating
  • The feedback request form includes a rating option which allows the client to rate the property. The rating of each property (displayed on the listing page) is calculated based on the feedbacks sent by the clients.

    Google map - Terrain
  • The new module (Terrain) for Google Maps lets you see relief maps of 3D terrain

    New image gallery
  • The new image gallery advantages: quick and elegant looking, no plugins like Flash or Java required, single click. After opening the image or HTML popup, the user can scroll further down or leave the page without closing it.

  • New listing style and template have been added.
