Calendar/ToDo agenda |
|
Based on the the events generated by the system a calendar is displayed in the admin / owner dashboard: payments due, newsletter sending, expired subscriptions, LMO. The admin/owner has also the possibility to define events / reminders.

Sponsored Properties |
|
This feature allows the site admin to make some extra cash by selling top positions in general listing (above the featured properties) and search results pages. One time or recurring packages can be set.

Setup the global settings of the script |
|
The site administrator can access a large number of options related to system setup: additional services,
taxes, the default calendar, featured properties, payment processors (more than 10),
display style (14 available) and design schemes
(19 already implemented),
currencies, email settings
and a many other features.

Define user profiles and subscription based advertising |
As site admin you can
define user profiles for the property owners willing
to advertise their properties in the system. These
profiles are extremely flexible and through them you
can allow/restrict the use of script features. Subscription based
advertising packages can be associated with the profiles;
the length, the value and the number of advertised
properties can be established by the admin and the
payment can be done at registration or later.
